Eligibility
To use Purple Labs Rx services, you must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of the United States, and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide during the health intake is truthful and complete.
Nature of Services
Purple Labs Rx is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers and facilitates prescription fulfillment through licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. We are not a pharmacy, a medical practice, or a provider of medical advice.
Important: The information on our website is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content on product and protocol pages describes general properties of compounds and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of specific results.All prescribing decisions are made by licensed physicians based on their independent medical judgment after reviewing your health intake. Purple Labs Rx does not influence, override, or guarantee prescribing decisions.
Prescription Requirement
All peptides and medications available through Purple Labs Rx require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. No medication is dispensed without individual provider review and approval. Completing a health intake does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Ordering & Payment
By placing an order, you authorize Purple Labs Rx to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes. All prices are listed in US dollars and include provider consultation, prescription, medication, and shipping.
Orders are subject to provider approval. If your provider does not approve a prescription, you will not be charged for the medication. Payment is processed only after prescription approval and before pharmacy fulfillment.
Shipping & Delivery
Purple Labs Rx provides free 2-day shipping on all orders within the United States. Shipping timelines begin when the pharmacy ships your order, not when the order is placed. Estimated delivery from intake submission to doorstep is typically 3-5 business days, depending on provider review time.
Purple Labs Rx is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel anytime: Purple Labs Rx has no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no minimum commitments for standard monthly orders. Simply do not reorder. Quarterly prepay: If you opt for quarterly prepay pricing, the 3-month commitment applies to the current quarter. You may cancel future quarters at any time before the renewal date. Refunds: Orders that have shipped cannot be refunded, as medications are compounded specifically for individual patients and cannot be restocked or resold. If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation and full refund by contacting support@purplelabsrx.com. Provider declines: If a provider does not approve your prescription, you will not be charged for the medication.Use of the Website
You agree to use the Purple Labs Rx website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the website to transmit harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, impersonate another person, or collect personal information of other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website and services if you violate these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Purple Labs Rx website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to Purple Labs Rx and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purple Labs Rx and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Purple Labs Rx in the 12 months preceding the claim.
